Triangle Challenge Quilt Top
|Mein neuer Quilt macht gut Fortschritte.
I made some progress on my new quilt. I cut all fabrics and arrenged them randomly.
And here is my new design wall. This wall is intented to be used in offices for presentations. But it works great for placing blocks on it. And it is even mobile. A very good buy :)
My plans for a new quilt quickly turned into a baby quilt. It was a mixture of „I don’t need a new quilt“ and „I am tired of this quilt“ ;) And I think the world needs more modern baby quilts aside from penetrative pink and animal prints ;)
And here a close view on the lovely fabrics. I love the freshly pressed quilt top. Sometimes I don’t want to quilt it at all. But sadly this wont work.
You can find the pattern on Craftsy.

Hi! Your quilt top is really beautiful! I love the pattern and colours; blue and turquoise are my favourites. Great design wall. x Teje
Love your colours and I understand about modern quilts for babies, and of course the advantage is they last so much longer than a baby design. Great idea to use as a design wall, I may just have to copy it.

It’s nice that you can move your quilt wall around as you need to. Sometimes I start quilts too with no specific plans for a recipient. If you can’t stop quilting, and you have enough quilts for yourself, then perhaps you should donate this… as you said, the world need less quietschebunt quilts and more modern ones.
LG,
Allison
It’s a very beautiful quilt, very calming colours for a new baby :) Great idea for your design wall – something mobile is really useful.
Really lovely how the triangles have become this wonderful top!
Your quilt top turned out very sweet! Those are such great colours and fabrics. And your new design wall looks like just the right size for a portable project!
Lovely layout.
Wow, the colours are fab and the pattern is very clever.
That will be a very beautiful baby quilt – totally agree about it being a good change from „baby pink“ and animals. I also often don’t want to „spoil“ my tops by quilting them, but once it’s done I’m (usually!) pleased with the result. :D
It turned a beautiful baby quilt.
Have a nice weekend.
Hello! I love this quilt design, how cool. I love that is going to be a baby quilt too. I still use my baby quilts on my bed to this day, unfortunately one has bears and balloons, the other is pink and blue hearts. But they are warm! I wish my mum had gone the modern route, back then in the past. :)
Its a beautiful quilt and the blocks are wonderful! Love your design wall too!
This is an amazing piece – love everything about it! Thanks for sharing.
